Wilson and Cole Developments completed a renovation project for us late last year and we’d 100% recommend them. From the beginning of the project to the end they were professional, communicative and clearly had integrity in the work they were doing. They kept the site as tidy and clean as possible throughout and the quality of the work completed was fantastic. We’d definitely use Wilson and Cole again.

Amazing from start to finish! We found Dan and Craig after a massive leak from our attic so they whole house needed work! They were attentive, professional, helpful and kind, even when I was having a meltdown! Their work was excellent and they were a pleasure to deal with – nothing was too much trouble! We’d highly recommend and will continue to tell all our friends.

We really enjoyed working with Dan and Craig at Vertex Developments Bristol LTD this year. We hired them for the challenging re-roof of our very large Victorian building. They have a professional attitude, communicate well, care about client satisfaction and deliver a quality job. We found them to be capable, reliable and hardworking. They showed up on time everyday, put in full day and had all the tools for the job. The building isn’t finished yet but the roof looks great.  We are very pleased with the result and are happy to recommend them.

In my capacity as a Trustee of a small charity I’ve used Craig & Dan for several jobs in the Scout HQ of 1st Crockerne.
Jobs ranged from new external fascia boards, refurbishment of bench seating, repair of a roof leak, cladding of walls in MDF and a major, external re-clad of the whole HQ – with unforeseen structural issues.
All work was completed to a very high standard. Communication on issues and options was clear and helpful. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

I had Craig and Dan drive all the way to Hereford to build me a new roof on a triple garage, a round trip of 2 hours each way from bristol which sounds ridiculous but I wanted the job done right and by people I trust. I knew they would turn up as promised and the job would be quality, I wasn’t disappointed. Amazing work ethic by both and went the extra mile to stay later than agreed to get the job completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, highly recommend 👍👍.

Posting this post work being completed on our 2011 Charles Church terraced home in Portishead. We were recommended Dan and Craig by Concept Claims Solutions who dealt with a claim for us after a dish washer leak flooded our downstairs kitchen/bathroom and office. We took the opportunity to do some remodelling and adding Bifolds. Not easy in a three story timber frame building. From our first contact, visit and commissioning, to the end of the project they were FLAWLESS. It is a genuine pleasure to watch Craig and team work overcome issues that could have not been foreseen. They made accommodations and adjustments, and explained everything.

We did do some of the modifications ourselves with assistance and they were respectful of the fact that our budget was limited, and helped where appropriate. Looking back it would have been so much easier to hand the job to them lock stock and barrel if we could have afforded to.

Wilson and Cole were not the most expensive quote and were realistic in what needed to happen and when. Communication was really easy and if we ever needed to employ a construction company I’d not hesitate to go to Dan and Craig again.

Dan and the team have done a few jobs for me on my home; building wardrobes, cupboards, fitting new doors and frames. Some of it quite bespoke. They have always been very professional done a great job and talked everything through with me and helped with the design.
I would definitely recommend them.

Top quality service. These guys built us a small extension and installed some big steels to open up our kitchen / dining room. Hardworking, tidy and courteous, and good communications throughout. Highly recommended.

What a great team! Having had a problem with a cowboy builder in the past, I wanted to make sure of using due diligence before selecting a potential builder.
The work was to remove, replace, refurbish an existing Dormer roof, while modifying the slope to enable water to run off into new guttering. The roof was changed from a cold to a warm roof to meet current regulations.
Additional work was to remove plasterboard from all internal, external facing dormer walls and fit new insulation panels to insulate the loft conversion.
Having checked several builders, Dan and Craig stood out by far. I then checked Dan and Craig’s references and sent several emails and spoke directly to references and all that were contacted, had high praise for the team.
My experience with Dan and Craig’s team was that they were polite, friendly and professional. I was able to contact Dan very easily and he always phoned back if he missed my call. Any questions on what was planned or on progress was thoroughly answered and that kept me up to date as to what was planned.
I would have no problems in saying that I would not hesitate to ask Dan and Craig’s team to carry out further work for me in the future.

Dan and Craig were recommended to us through some family having completed work following a burst pipe. For us they did a whole new kitchen, bathroom and a few other parts for a semi-renovation. From start to finish I’ve been really impressed with everything. Their communication is excellent especially with anything that was unexpected. They explained everything clearly which helps when you know nothing! On the job all the guys were incredibly polite and tidy and always left my house in a good state. I’d highly recommend them and would use them again for any future work.

Would 100% recommend Wilson and Cole Developments. They completed a rear extension and remodel of the downstairs of our Victorian terrace which we are thrilled with. From start to finish of this significant job we felt confidence in Dan and his team, who were professional, friendly, had integrity and clearly took a lot of pride in their hard work.
Communication throughout the project was excellent, if any changes or problems arose Dan and the team were not phased and were ready to problem solve and find a way forward.
The standard of work completed is of fantastic quality and we are so pleased with it – from the structural work and the bespoke carpentry to limestone tile and kitchen fitting. Every person working on the house arrived when they said they would and left the house tidy.
We absolutely recommend Wilson and Cole to anyone wishing to undertake such a renovation.

Dan, Craig and team did such a great job on our extension and were always going above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!. Dan and his team carried out a complete refurbishment of an old extension at the back of our house that had significant rising damp and structural issues. It was a very challenging project to undertake with numerous problems to solve along the way. For every problem that arose Dan, James and Rich had a practical solution and their work ethic, positivity and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. We greatly appreciated how accommodating Dan and his team were to our requests from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work they carried out. Vertex Developments did an extension and loft conversion on an unused garage and attic space for me. They were very committed to their work, had a professional attitude, always on time and made sure to keep the site clean and tidy. Most importantly, they communicated all news both good and bad clearly.
